2002 Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs: 93 points
Dry and juicy, with rich, smoky flavors of quince paste, candied orange peel, roast nut, clove and brioche set in a firm frame. Maintains a springy vibrancy despite its steely backbone, showing fine balance throughout. Drink now through 2022.

Brut Intense: 90 points
A toasty Champagne, with brioche and smoke notes wrapped around flavors of yellow apple and lemon pastry. This features good intensity throughout, with a mouthwatering finish. Drink now.
2005 Rosé: 90 points
On the austere side, delivering light berry, watermelon and yeast flavors allied to a firm backbone. Accents of toast and peppery greens complete the picture. Drink now through 2024.
2002 Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs: 89 points
An extroverted, swaggering style, featuring malt, whole-grain toast, roasted walnut and leather flavors. This is powerful, yet comes off as heavy-handed and lacking charm. Moderate length. Drink now through 2018.
