2004 Lenoble Rosé Millésime Brut Champagne . Cotton candy and cinnamon red hots. Some distinct sweetness and ripe fruit, but has a mineral focus and some red-wine grip to the finish. A breakfast-toast accent rounds it out, though it's straightforward and not that complex.
