BLEND : Lenoble ROSE MILLESIME is one of the very rare Rosés to combine elegance with the richness of red fruit aromas. The secret is a unique, highly original blend of 85% Chardonnay Grand Cru and 15% Pinot Noir Premier Cru vinified as a red wine.
Made only in the years when Mother Nature has been generous enough to offer grapes in a very healthy state, our ROSE is always a vintage champagne.
Ample and rounded, it is only very lightly dosed, at around 7 g/l.

VISUAL ASPECT : Delicate salmon-pink robe, fine bubbles, light, lively foam.

NOSE : Fruity and subtle with the aromas of red fruit standing out.

ON THE PALATE : Ample and rounded. The attack is very fresh and then develops to reveal the wine’s full aromatic range.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS : This charming, refined, elegant wine makes an original aperitif. It can also be drunk with grilled salmon or desserts made with red fruit, such as sabayon, charlotte or fruit salad.
As an aperitif, serve at 9°C, and with a meal at around 11 °C.
